Lin Sheng survived the Fighting Association’s trap, became the Oath of Embers’ leader, and fought off Crimson Prison Society pursuers while seeking a faster path to greater strength. He set out for the Desolate Bone Forbidden Zone, then changed course toward Blackrock Outpost to learn about Flesh Rule mutants.

• Lin Sheng killed Greenfang, the Ban Tu brothers, Wan Shan, and Su Mingquan, then escaped the attention of Marshall’s investigation while Yue Hongya recovered.
• Lin Sheng traveled into the Black Miasma Inferno Zone, absorbed the powers of several Void Beasts, and killed a Three-Headed Corrosion Dragon before retreating from the depths with severe injuries.
• Marshall and Lu Ku trapped Lin Sheng at the Iron Bone Martial Hall, but Lin Sheng fought his way into the Inferno Danger Zone and killed Lu Ku, the Judgment Squad, and the Bureau of Affairs fighters before crushing Marshall.
• Lin Sheng returned to Greenwood City to see Yue Hongya and check on Li Suihan, left gifts for Li Suihan with Tang Xue'er, then fled the city for an Oath of Embers outpost.
• Lin Sheng completed the Thousand Tribulations Ashen Wheel Sutra at Peak Master, accepted He Ping’s offer to lead the Oath of Embers, and overwhelmed He Ping in a spar.
• Lin Sheng killed Howl and Tes after they traced A-Huan to the hidden base, then killed Sha Lu when he attacked the Silver Shuttle carrying Lin Sheng, He Ping, and A-Huan.
• Lin Sheng chose to pursue the Flesh Rule despite He Ping’s warning that it could clash with the Inferno Rules, and agreed to stop at Blackrock Outpost for information about Flesh Rule mutants.
• A Blood-Armored Bristle Boar attacked a fleeing hunter squad, killed and devoured two members, and grew stronger as the squad’s captain tried to protect the survivors.

Lin Sheng broke through to Erosion Martial, joined the Crimson Lightning Company, and helped protect Anna from a Crimson Prison Society ambush. After receiving the Blood-Bone Heaven-Burning Art, he boarded the Falling Star with Anna and Feya to travel into the Endless Void.

• Lin Sheng escaped Red Sand Valley with Kanna after killing the Eaglehead Group’s attackers, then reunited with He Ping and A-Huan at Blackrock Outpost.
• Lin Sheng rescued He Ping and A-Huan from One-Eye’s trap, and the group reached Forest City, where Lin Sheng secluded himself and broke through to Erosion Martial.
• He Ping’s attempt to secure Lin Sheng a place in the Kane Group failed, so Lin Sheng applied to the Crimson Lightning Company and passed its combat tests to become a guard for Anna.
• Lin Sheng recognized Anna from the interstellar ship and sensed the Crimson Prison Society’s ambush at the Museum, where he intercepted Fire Fiend while the attackers fought the guards.
• Raymond granted Lin Sheng access to the company’s fleets and cultivation resources, while Fire Fiend and Sha Lu identified him as the Extradimensional Creature sought by Prison Demon.
• Anna told Lin Sheng she would join the Falling Star’s mission into the Endless Void, and Cole offered Lin Sheng a core-guard position that he deferred until after the journey.
• Xia Leisheng gave Lin Sheng the Blood-Bone Heaven-Burning Art, and Lin Sheng entered its Blood Burning stage before traveling with Anna and Feya to the Starport.
• Lin Sheng boarded the Falling Star with Anna and Feya, and the warship departed Sunstar toward the Heavenly Net Lockdown System.

Lin Sheng cultivated in the Void, survived Mercury's Gaze's attacks, and returned to Sunstar only to be exposed and pursued by powerful factions. Xia Leisheng took him as a disciple, and Lin Sheng faced a public examination that ended with him challenging the accusations against him.

• The Falling Star entered the Endless Void, and Lin Sheng cultivated Blood Devour before leaping into the Void Turbulence Zone to seek Eyes of the Void.
• Lin Sheng defeated a Meltform Phantom, forced it to guide him to an Inferno Eye, and advanced to the Erosion Martial Realm before making the Phantom his servant.
• Feya and Anna searched for Lin Sheng as the Falling Star was caught in a void storm, and Lin Sheng returned with the Meltform Phantom to rescue them.
• Mercury's Gaze ambushed the Falling Star, but Lin Sheng killed Stoffer, Black Shark, and their boarding force, then destroyed most of their warships.
• At Sunstar's starport, Chris and Situ Ming tried to arrest Lin Sheng, who fought them and other demigods before Xia Leisheng stopped Prison Demon's attack and took him as a disciple.
• Xia Leisheng explained Lin Sheng's inheritance and the scarcity of rule origins, while Feya warned that the Bureau of Affairs' examination could expose his nature.
• The Sun Maiden Instrument found no innate evil or destruction trait in Lin Sheng, but witnesses and officials presented evidence linking him to killings and the Oath of Embers.
• Xia Leisheng offered to vouch for Lin Sheng and guard the Void Abyss for a century, and Lin Sheng disputed the claim that he was an extraterrestrial and defended his actions as self-defense.

Lin Sheng survived Kasjin’s plot, took the transcendent symbiotic protoform, and advanced through the Myriad Blood Return to Ruins Rite while facing threats from Wasteland Martial experts. As the seals on the erosion weakened, Xia Leisheng sent Lin Sheng to Sun Radiance City, where Anna set out to follow him.

• After the tribunal cleared Lin Sheng, he broke through to the Erosion Martial Third Realm, learned more about the Ghost Whale World, and gained the Myriad Transformations Meltform Art.
• Lin Sheng defeated Youzhe and Shadow Crow, then absorbed Kasjin’s true spirit when Kasjin tried to possess him, and he took the Kane Group’s transcendent symbiotic protoform and fused it with his body.
• Kalon and Prison Demon hunted Lin Sheng, but Xia Leisheng drove them away, and Lin Sheng then gathered the materials and strengthened his true spirit in preparation for a limit break.
• Xia Leisheng guarded Lin Sheng through the Myriad Blood Return to Ruins Rite, which strengthened Lin Sheng’s body and spirit and briefly connected him to the flesh origin.
• The Meltform Phantom reached its fourth limit break but failed to reclaim its bound strand of true nature, while the Stillness-Sealing Grand Array began to crack under Return to Stillness.
• Xia Leisheng told Lin Sheng that the Return-to-Quiescence Will was encroaching again and sent him to Sun Radiance City with He Ping and A-Huan, and Lin Sheng made Little Black surrender another strand of true nature.
• Anna gave Lin Sheng her lightning-shaped pendant before he departed, then hurried with Feya to find her father and pursue him to Sun Radiance City.
