Two days later, Isaac returned to his territory with Smith and Rona. The Witch Country still needed some time to review his eligibility to conduct research. After all, his status as a Mad Witch was a genuine complication.
But Isaac did not sit idle while waiting for their reply. His trip to the Solomon Kingdom had filled some gaps in his intelligence, and he no longer needed to wait for the situation to become clear before setting certain things in motion.
Thus, upon his return, Isaac did two things.
First, he declared war on Prince Noens, formally submitting an application to the Flesh Cult and the Truth Association. Next, he would unleash his full strength, strike straight into the heart of the Terra Kingdom, and crush that pair of "star-crossed lovers," Prince Noens and his second older brother Remington, with overwhelming power!
Second, he summoned the senior members of the Madheart Wizard Organization, including the two newly joined Third-Order Wizards and four Second-Tier Grand Wizards.
The former had automatically gained senior membership upon reaching the Third Tier, while the latter were reasonably talented Grand Wizards who had joined when Isaac first founded the Madheart organization.
Ten years had passed. Although they had not reached the Third Tier, they had essentially reached the limit of the Second Tier. All that remained was the slow, painstaking work of elevating themselves into higher magical creatures.
Their research abilities were hardly in question. At the very least, they were qualified to participate in Isaac's upcoming research.
