Isaac would call the Temporary Divine Kingdom the greatest wizard invention of the New World's age of exploration!
Bar none!
Isaac had considered something like it before. With a trove of information on deities and the peculiar relationship between Mad Witches and Outer Gods, he had conceived of a Temporary Divine Kingdom long ago.
But he had shelved the idea. By his initial estimate, building one would take an enormous amount of work for nowhere near enough return.
After all, a Divine Realm stood at the Sixth Tier. Isaac might have been interested in building a proper one, but a temporary one—
The cost was simply too high!
What the Arcane Masters of the Truth Association had devised was different. Rather than Isaac's wild plan to build a fake Divine Realm, their Temporary Divine Kingdom was purely a spell!
A spell a Fourth Tier caster could use!
Of course, that meant it matched a true Divine Realm only somewhat in standing. In terms of actual energy, it fell far short.
But that was enough.
The spell had virtually no combat value. It took a long time to cast, consumed vast amounts of energy, offered little effective offensive or support capability, and was extremely fragile.
It had plenty of flaws: a textbook product of theory put to the test.
But—
When the Temporary Divine Kingdom met Saint's Descent—
And then met New World exploration—
Everything changed!
Like the Temporary Divine Kingdom, the mage version of Saint's Descent had been created purely to test a theory. It had almost no combat value and shared nearly all the Temporary Divine Kingdom's flaws. Its only advantage was that it was somewhat stronger.
Because it inherited some of the caster's power, Saint Form could still put up a fight against an opponent of the same
