Unlike the mass-production approach, which required painstaking work to upgrade the specimens' abilities, this approach's biggest problem was the flesh materials themselves.

High-level monsters were not actually hard to obtain. All it took was money, and they did not even have to be alive. Corpses would work too.

But the stronger the monster, the more demonic flesh its conversion required. He would have to either improve the quality or increase the quantity.

Either way, he would need a great deal of demonic flesh, and all of that cost money!

Isaac shook his head. Money was not that easy to earn, and spellcasting materials were consumables that he would burn through quickly. He could not rely entirely on purchases. Ideally, he needed to supply them himself.

Isaac had a few ideas about that. The first was still the Goblin Lair. That thing was practically a perpetual-motion machine, but continually accelerating goblin growth would have extremely severe effects on the surrounding environment. At best, it would wipe out all life; at worst, it would unravel the laws of reality and attract all sorts of bizarre monsters.

But he could try doing it somewhere else, setting up a plot like an herb garden and planting and harvesting at regular intervals.

The plan would not be particularly difficult to implement. He could simply ask the Outer God for "help." The difficult part was figuring out what the Legendary Wizard behind goblins thought of such behavior...

He believed he was certainly not the only Legendary Wizard to have thought of exploiting goblins this way, nor the only one capable of doing it. Yet nothing like this had appeared so far, which suggested there was far more to it than met
