After explaining his origins to Strange, Kraft asked to trade for the Time Stone.
Unfortunately, Strange refused. Even when Kraft offered to exchange another Stone for it, he still wouldn't agree.
Strange's reason was that the Eye of Agamotto was a sacred relic passed down through generations at Kamar-Taj, and it wasn't something he could trade away.
Kraft was helpless, too. You're an American, damn it, and you're lecturing me about heritage...
After the deal fell through, Kraft didn't shamelessly keep pestering him. There were plenty of parallel worlds, anyway. At worst, he could find one where Thanos had already stolen the Time Stone, then steal the thing back.
After chatting with Strange for a while, Kraft said goodbye and left. For one thing, he wasn't particularly close to Doctor Strange in the first place, so they didn't have much to talk about. For another...
If he didn't leave soon, Arale was going to tear the New York Sanctum apart.
How could Arale not get excited in a place full of wondrous magical artifacts? And once she got excited, she tended to forget her own strength.
So before Strange could lose his temper, Kraft made a run for it with his two younger sisters. The man had the Time Stone, anyway, so repairing the damage probably wouldn't take much effort.
After leaving the New York Sanctum, Kraft wandered through the streets of New York with his two younger sisters.
Thanks to Martin Lee and Dr. Otto's revelations, New York City's streets were now full of protesters, along with criminals taking advantage of the chaos to smash, loot, and rob.
Besides Peter Parker, who was swinging around on his webs, Kraft also saw Daredevil and other members of the Defenders doing their best to keep the peace in New York.
