Kraft had actually finished the suit for Peter Parker long ago. He just needed to adjust the suit he was giving Martin first, making it better suited to his negative energy, and try to address his psychological problems as well.
But Martin's two personalities had been merged for years. Even with all the technology from his dream worlds, Kraft had failed to find a perfect solution.
Martin's problems had kept Kraft from giving Peter the Spider suit right away. By the time he was ready to deliver it, Angela sent word that Peter Parker had been keeping an eye on the Demon Gang's activities lately.
Annoyed, Kraft decided to hold off on giving him the suit. He also took Peter Parker's suit back to the drawing board.
Originally, Kraft had prepared a nanosuit similar to Bea's Skycat armor for Peter. But since Peter was secretly gathering evidence on the Demon Gang, Kraft decided to add a few little extras.
Namely, the driver systems used by those guys called Kamen Riders in his dreams.
Never mind anything else-just watching those Kamen Riders' poses and hearing their catchphrases when they transformed made Kraft cringe.
Peter Parker certainly wouldn't shout something like "Transform!" when changing into his suit, but the thought of such an introverted guy being accompanied by all kinds of lights and sound effects every time he suited up struck Kraft as hilarious.
However, the Rider belts in his dreams all involved some degree of mystical power, required their users to possess some bizarre factor, or needed materials he had never even heard of and couldn't find substitutes for.
So Kraft simply used other technology to recreate the lights and sounds of a Rider belt's transformation. Aside from the inexplicable one-button costume change, which he managed to reproduce with the aid
