Background / History

Pangu Group first emerges as Xuanzheng’s vehicle for reorganizing the defeated Demon Clan. After binding Demon Clan members through debt and merit, it creates the Demon Clan Labor Dispatch Department and assigns them to rebuild the Heavenly Court under KPI-based supervision. Its first declared priority project is the “Heavenly Court Post-Disaster Reconstruction and Eternal Consolidation of Pangu’s Spirit.” 83

The Group rapidly develops a corporate system built on technical contracting, merit extraction, labor dispatch, and financial incentives.
