Vision seemed able to release powerful energy beams from the Mind Stone embedded deep within his forehead.

If Raditus had stumbled into achieving something on that level,

then this was likely one of the safe ways to use this fragment of the universe's origin without fully activating or using the Infinity Gauntlet.

Of course, barring any unusual circumstances in the future,

Vision, the Mind Stone's long-term owner, likely would not appear on the Homeworld either.

At that moment, countless thoughts flashed rapidly through Rorschach's mind.

But what concerned him more was whether the Mind Stone could truly serve some purpose in the Warhammer Universe.

If he simply drew energy from within the Mind Stone to unleash Psionic Rays, there would likely be no problem at all.

But trying to control the minds and memories of all flesh-and-blood life with nothing but a fully activated Mind Stone, just as it could on the Homeworld, was nothing more than wishful thinking!

Otherwise, Rorschach could have used the Mind Stone's immense power to control the minds of every species throughout the Milky Way.

He could have cut off the Chaos Gods of the Warp at the root, perhaps even starved to death those entities that fed on every kind of emotion.

Yet at that moment, having just listened to Raditus's explanation, Rorschach ultimately shook his head.

He took a deep breath.

In the blink of an eye, he completely cast aside that fleeting ultimate fantasy rising
