Arc 49Misra’s Revolt

Chang Wei returned to Asura’s Wrath and gave Misra the power to resist the Gods, while Asura and Misra fought the Divine Kingdom Army. Misra defeated Augas and a colossal Karmic Demon, then turned her power against Deus’s fleet, leaving Earth’s surroundings destabilized.

  • Chang Wei brought Esdeath, Teresa, and Scathach to Vajra Earth, where he met a girl who wanted revenge against the Gods and named her Misra.
  • Misra awakened the positive True Word Powers and rallied humanity to resist the Divine Kingdom Army as Asura returned and joined the fight.
  • Asura and Misra attacked the Divine Kingdom Fleet, and Misra absorbed the imprisoned human souls to become Shining Misra before striking down Karo’s escape pod.
  • Augas tested Misra in battle, and she grew into a skilled fighter before revealing that her human name was Arora.

Arora destroyed the Seven Star Heavens and confronted Vritra, then inherited Asura’s mission and fought the King of Reincarnation across the universe. She left the battle transformed and powerful enough to challenge the King’s planet-sized and stellar weapons.

  • Misra departed Earth and revealed to Asura that she was Arora, while Olga activated the Karma Fortress and its cannon despite Yaksha’s objections.
  • Arora awakened Galaxy Supernova and fought through the Divine Kingdom’s fleet, killing Sergei and destroying Olga’s forces before Deus killed Asura with the Karma Cannon.

Chang Wei and Esdeath then entered a world shaped by Dragon-Subduing Arhat’s wager, where Li Xiuyuan’s fate unfolded despite the Reincarnators’ interference.

  • Arora burned the King of Reincarnation to death with karmic fire, and Chang Wei restored her fading body and gave her the power to rebuild the universe.
  • Arora formed galaxies, life, humanity, and Psionic Energy, then revived Misra and told her she could use Psionic Energy to bring Asura back.
  • Arora learned Chang Wei had changed her fate, received a Virus Gem and a demonic spear, and watched Chang Wei, Esdeath, Teresa, and Scathach depart.

After Esdeath defeated Black Rakshasa in the Underworld, he returned to the human world and reclaimed his staff, preparing to fight her again.

  • Abbot Fakong named the young monk Ji Dian, who confronted Yuan Batian at Guoqing Temple and was beaten by his Reincarnator followers.
  • Fu Yanjie defended Ji Dian, but Yuan Batian’s side used sinister powers and unleashed a Ghost Infant before Esdeath arrived and crushed it.
  • Esdeath broke Yuan Batian’s Indestructible Body, while Ji Dian killed a Reincarnator responsible for creating Ghost Infants and tried to guide Zhu Dachang toward a new life.
