Chang Wei defeats the Giliruroids and intervenes as TPC pursues its own Ultramen, while Daigo and the Victory Team confront a growing threat tied to Hell’s Gate. Chang Wei then travels across time and universes to gather light, arriving in the world of Ultraman Cosmos to seek Cosmos and Justice’s power against the Chaos Virus.

• Chang Wei fought off a female Giliruroid, then helped Ultraman Lucifer defeat two more Giliruroids attacking Tiga.
• Chang Wei and the Victory Team confronted Gilanbo, who had trapped Daigo and stolen children’s dreams, and Daigo defeated it as Tiga.
• Keigo Masaki stole Daigo’s Spark Lens and became Evil Tiga, but Chang Wei defeated him, leaving TPC to pursue the Giant Statue Plan.
• Shinjoh became an Ultraman through the plan’s reconstructed Converter, but his Giant form weakened and reverted after three minutes.
• Jūgen Hui faced public doubts about Tiga as Giliruroid worshippers summoned Hell’s Gate and a transformed Giliruroid II attacked Tiga and Shinjoh.
• Chang Wei destroyed the Giliruroids, devoured their god and Gatanothor, then took Charija’s Time Travel Bag and used it to travel through time.
• Chang Wei took Ultraman’s Light and Dyna’s Miracle Light, then devoured Guran Sphere and crossed into the world of Ultraman Cosmos.
• Chang Wei met Musashi Haruno and Ultraman Cosmos, saying he sought Cosmos and Justice’s light to confront the Chaos Virus.

Chang Wei gathered increasingly powerful Lights and creatures across several universes, defeating or consuming major Ultramen before leaving a clone behind. He then entered the world of Cabin in the Woods and began disrupting Earth Guardian’s sacrificial ritual.

• Chang Wei strengthened Ultraman Cosmos, secretly empowered the Chaos Virus, and helped humanity establish its Artificial Ultraman Project as Chaos and Draicion’s forces converged on Earth.
• Cosmos, Justice, and Chaos Darkness fought Gigadoran, and their combined powers formed Ultraman Regeddo, who destroyed the reset machine before Chang Wei devoured him and escaped to another universe.
• Chang Wei stole Max’s Light, absorbed If, and raised Hyper Zetton by feeding it powerful creatures and Ultramen, then devoured Hyper Zetton and Ultraman Saga.
• Chang Wei entered the Nexus world, destroyed Himeya Jun’s Evolution Trustor, manipulated successive Dunamists, and ultimately consumed The Final, the Dark Giants, Dark Zagi, and Noah’s Light.
• Chang Wei left a clone in the Ultraman world to watch for Ultraman King and the Mysterious Four, then arrived in the world of Cabin in the Woods and identified Cronus beneath the monster nest.
• Chang Wei approached Kurt and his friends at the cabin as Earth Guardian prepared its ritual, then destroyed two members of the Buckner Family and urged the group to flee.

Chang Wei entered the Dragon Ball world, gathered Saiyan allies, and led Vegeta and Nappa through training and battles against Frieza’s forces. After killing Frieza and claiming the title of New Universal Emperor, Chang Wei sent Vegeta and Nappa to subdue the Namekians while he prepared to head to Earth.

• Chang Wei entered the Dragon Ball world, acquired Saiyan genes, and convinced Vegeta that he was his powerful paternal uncle.
• Chang Wei brought Vegeta and Nappa to Earth, where Nappa defeated the Z Fighters and Chang Wei collected Senzu Beans and summoned Shenron for a Spirit Tree seed.
• Chang Wei trained Vegeta and Nappa in the Room of Spirit and Time, then took them to Namek to gather Dragon Balls and grow stronger.
• Chang Wei used Porunga to obtain genes from half the universe’s races and other knowledge, while Vegeta and Nappa gained strength from the Namekian Grand Elder.
• Vegeta and Nappa fought Frieza’s forces on Namek, and Nappa killed the Ginyu Force before Chang Wei intervened when Ginyu took Vegeta’s body.
• Chang Wei defeated Frieza through his transformations and revealed his Legendary Super Saiyan form, then killed Frieza before he could destroy Namek.
• Chang Wei claimed he would restore the Saiyan race as the New Universal Emperor, and Vegeta killed Sabo while Nappa led the remaining Saiyans against the Frieza Force.
• Chang Wei sent Vegeta and Nappa to conquer the Namekians, and Vegeta confirmed Dende’s healing ability before deciding to enslave the Namekians.

Chang Wei reshaped the Saiyans’ place in the android crisis, forcing the androids into submission and training Vegeta and Trunks to grow stronger. Cell returned in an altered timeline, and the arc ended with Trunks battling him after Vegeta fell.

• Chang Wei revived the Saiyans, and Vegeta and Sun Wukong began training while Trunks was born and Salif was created.
• The androids attacked Sun Wukong and the Z Fighters, but Chang Wei defeated them and made Android 17 and Android 18 obey him.
• Vegeta and Trunks trained with Chang Wei, who revealed his Super Saiyan 3 transformation and taught them to strengthen their forms.
• Cell killed Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, and Krillin, then absorbed Android 17 after Vegeta allowed him to reach his Second Stage.
