The range became a quarry for Stone Bamboo Pearls. During rebel occupation, starving workers mined under armed supervision 378. Chu Qing later chose the range as the foundation for the second realm of his Mountain Water Path, initially mapping a thousand peaks and their earth veins 871. His influence transformed peaks into fertile cultivation grounds, while the mountain became his base of operations 978 1131.

Over time, Stone Ridge Mountain developed from a fortified home into an active, consuming entity. Shang Xie used material from the Black-canopied Boat to revive Spiritual Roots on its peaks 1798. The Sun Moons later stimulated its earth veins and the awakening of a fragmented consciousness 1632. In the Chaos Sea, the mountain began seeking prey; Chu Qing rebuilt its defenses around its capacity to grind and consume 1841 1860.

Appearance

Originally a vast mountain range associated with Stone Rock County, Stone Ridge Mountain later acquired cultivated peaks, extensive construction and a mountain-protecting formation 377 1139 2077.
