Ymir is a member of the Spurglin royal family, the sister of Emperor Dopler Spurglin and the great-granddaughter of Qi Master Grandmaster Andrew Spurglin. Her brother later reveals that the Oma Senate had developed murderous intentions toward her; enfeoffing her to the harsh western frontier was intended to remove her from the Imperial Capital and protect her. 78 304 322
