Shanala set down her teacup and said, "Literally speaking, the Council of Elders hopes that more Wood Elves will settle on Treasure Island and become permanent residents here."

"As for the other reason, I think they might want to arrange for some important members of their race to live here. There are many heroes here, after all, so it is safer."
