The two men were dragged into separate cells by skeletons and shoved into heavy shackles.
Then, skeleton after skeleton entered the cells.
They held One-Handed Axes, their hollow eye sockets fixed on the test subjects under watch.
The Minister of Intelligence shouted, "Wu Heng, have you forgotten the kingdom's protection? If not for Blackstone Town, you would never have had the chance to grow."
"You received the kingdom's grace and only then had the opportunity to make a name for yourself. You should be even more grateful to the kingdom and His Highness the Prince."
"You can return with me and assist the Second Prince in reclaiming the throne. With the kingdom as your foundation, helping you reach level 18—or even become a hero—would not be a problem."
From next door came the President Commander's shout as well. "That's right, Wu Heng. You can return with us. You are a member of the kingdom too."
This Minister of Intelligence knew quite a bit about Wu Heng's identity. He knew Wu Heng had lived in Blackstone Town for a time.
However, he apparently did not know what Wu Heng had experienced there.

He had found Wu Heng's connection to the Yeke Kingdom and was even trying to persuade him to help the Second Prince reclaim the throne.
Wu Heng stood by the door, watching the skeletons put shackles on them and keep them under guard.
He casually said, "Forget about going back. But I can tell you why I had you captured."
The two men's shouting abruptly stopped.
Wu Heng continued, "In Luntam City, we caught a level 18 assassin. During the interrogation, he mentioned you, Bryce. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known who you were."
