A Ghost Ship? And a letter requesting aid?
Wu Heng glanced at the two ghosts listening nearby.
They had just been discussing the Ghost Ship when Shiraque called about the same matter.
"Is it the Ghost Ship you told me about a few days ago?"
"Yes! A ship docked last night, and everyone aboard had gone mad. We used a scroll on the captain to bring him back to his senses and asked about what happened." Shiraque paused slightly before continuing, "They encountered the Ghost Ship and were trapped in the mist for roughly half a month."
Wu Heng narrowed his eyes. "So there really is a Ghost Ship in the Emerald Sea?"
As he spoke, he took out the Emerald Sea Sandbox from his Spatial Ring and carefully inspected every location within it. There was no trace of any Ghost Ship or strange vessel.
He saw no ship that resembled a Ghost Ship.
Or perhaps some pirate ship or other vessel had disguised itself as a Ghost Ship and was plotting something.
One thought after another surfaced in his mind.
"I think there probably is one. Come over first, and we can discuss it." Shiraque's voice continued through the phone.
"Alright, I'll head over now," Wu Heng replied.
He hung up and slipped his phone back into his pocket.
The two ghosts continued floating nearby. Beni said, "See? Everyone on the ship that docked last night went mad, but you didn't believe me."
"It's not that I don't believe you. I don't believe those sailors," Wu Heng said as he began changing clothes.
Beni added, "Actually, I'm suspicious too. An entire ship went mad, so how did they even get here?"
After getting dressed, Wu Heng headed out, with the two ghosts following behind him.
