The ship lurched violently. Wu Heng and the skeletons steering it gripped the railings tightly.
Philippa asked grimly, "What did Xiaoxiao see beneath the sea?"
After reviewing the shared image, Wu Heng released Xiaoxiao again and said, "A large magic array. It can affect the flow of seawater."
"It used that flow to create the whirlpool?" Philippa asked again in disbelief.
For a magic array to affect such a vast stretch of sea, it was simply outrageous.
Xiaoxiao floated nearby and said, "There are lots of wrecked ships down there too. More than the ships that sank when the pirates attacked Treasure Island last time."
Philippa was in no mood to talk to Xiaoxiao. She looked at Wu Heng. "What do we do next?"
"Retreat. Get out of this area," Wu Heng said directly.
Philippa turned and staggered over to the skeletons at the controls. "Back us out. Faster."
Amid the violent rocking, the battleship began backing away.
Wu Heng pressed the Walkie-Talkie. "Have your ships pull back. Avoid this place first."
