Arc 17Kushina’s Frontline Trial

Chiyue led Konoha to victory over Sunagakure, while Kushina gained confidence in battle and Pakura joined Konoha. The Third Hokage began peace talks with Chiyo as tensions with other villages and Konoha’s troubled leadership remained unresolved.

  • Chiyue split Konoha’s forces and sent Kushina against Rasa, where she fought through his Gold Dust until the Nine-Tails took over and devastated Sunagakure’s forces.

Chiyue helped Yagura expose the controlled Third Mizukage, then returned to Konoha amid shifting alliances and the threat of renewed war. The arc ended with Uchiha Obito missing and Chiyue urging Uchiha Fugaku to secure his clan’s future.

  • Tsunade arranged Danzo’s imprisonment and sent Chiyue, Hatake Sakumo, and Minato to assist Yagura in exposing the Third Mizukage.
