Background / History

Kumogakure follows a naming tradition in which every Raikage is named A and every Eight-Tails Jinchuriki is named Killer B; the two are regarded as brothers. Killer B serves as the Fourth Raikage's brother. 406

He is a perfect Jinchuriki of the Eight-Tails, maintaining sufficient synchronization with his Tailed Beast to resist genjutsu interference. 407

Killer B habitually raps, but immediately becomes serious when he recognizes a genuine threat. 407

He reacts quickly to protect the Raikage, using an Eight-Tails limb to catch him after Li Chuan deprives him of his senses and dispels his Lightning Release Chakra Mode. 407

Killer B stands beside the Fourth Raikage when Li Chuan arrives alone at the Cloud Ninja camp. 406

When Li Chuan uses Heavenly Dance Treasure Wheel, Killer B recognizes that the technique is not genjutsu. He later helps save the incapacitated Raikage, but Li Chuan deflects the Eight-Tails' Tailed Beast Bombs and overwhelms both the Eight-Tails and Two-Tails through colossal physical force. 407

Allied Forces Crisis

After Kumogakure and Kirigakure reach an agreement with Konoha, Killer B disappears from the Cloud camp alongside Naruto and Yugito Nii. Li Chuan secretly knocked him unconscious and teleported him to Nagato to raise the stakes of the coming battle. 410

Nagato displays Killer B, Naruto, and Yugito among captured ninja at the battlefield, holding them immobilized as hostages during his challenge to Li Chuan. 411
