In the room, Xuemiyya straddled Velin, pressed both hands against his chest, leaned forward slightly, and stared into her husband's eyes. Putting on a fragile expression, she asked softly, "Velin, can't you really tell me?"
Velin looked at Xuemiyya's face and instinctively shifted his gaze away.
If nothing unexpected happened, his eldest brother was probably undergoing his wife's test as well.
As for Kyle, he was probably having the easiest time right now.
"Velin, will you tell me?"
"Don't worry, I absolutely won't tell Sister-in-law."
After a moment of silence, Velin noticed that this promise lacked its most important part and could not help teasing, "What else?"
Xuemiyya blinked and feigned ignorance. "There's nothing else!"
Staring at his wife's innocent expression, Velin raised his hand and pinched her cheek. "It feels nice. So soft."
Seeing Velin change the subject, Xuemiyya knew he had already made up his mind and stopped pressing him about the trial.
After pushing away the two hands pinching her cheeks, Xuemiyya tucked her messy hair behind her ears, then lay against Velin's chest and said softly, "Velin, once we get back this time, we need to start trying."
Velin placed a hand behind Xuemiyya's waist and replied quietly, "I suppose so. After all, my eldest brother is about to have his second child, while we don't even have one."
"Then how do you plan to raise our child?"
Xuemiyya closed her eyes and listened to Velin's heartbeat, her tone brimming with tenderness.
"I think we can just hand them over to Kyle and let him do the teaching." Velin did not think too deeply before voicing what was on his mind.
"That really is the best choice." Xuemiyya nodded in agreement. "If you were the one raising them, they might become the second biggest lazybones in
