While Viriu was lost in thought, Kyle had already arrived nearby.

As Kyle came within a thousand meters, Viriu rose from the ground. Looking at him a short distance away, he said, "It seems I've been away rather too long, if His Majesty has sent you to find me."

"Archmage, how are things going?" Kyle nodded slightly before asking.

"I've found a way to move the pink spring."

On the way back to the Gray Mist Fortress, Viriu shared his conjectures with Kyle.

Kyle offered no opinion on them.

The origins of the Gray Mist Space were mysterious. Perhaps Viriu's conjectures were correct, but as long as the situation benefited his Lord and no overwhelmingly powerful Gray creatures appeared, maintaining the status quo was the best choice.

Back at the Gray Mist Fortress, upon learning that Viriu had found a way to move the pink spring, Velin immediately said, "Well done, my Archmage. You'll receive a reward once we return."

"Thank you, Your Majesty."

"Kyle, order the fortress garrison commander to seal off the spring immediately. No one is to cross between spaces without my command."

"Yes, my Lord."

Three hours later, the three of them returned through the pink spring to the bottom of Pink Lake.

After waving away all the guards stationed nearby, Velin gestured for Viriu to proceed.

Viriu wasted no words. He sat beside the Pink Spring and slowly closed his eyes, the dream law manifesting behind him.

Seeing this, Velin and Kyle retreated several hundred meters to avoid disturbing Viriu.

Under Viriu's control, the dream law began constructing a barrier around the pink spring.

Law power slowly spread out, winding around the spring's edges, layer upon layer, weaving itself together.

Once this light screen closed around it, the pink spring water's gentle surging suddenly stilled.
