• Velin brought Astariah to East Lake City, then arranged for Zephirin to give Xuemiyya a force funded by Star Moon Fort.
• Velin reviewed the territory’s resources and held a conference where officials reported on Qixing Territory’s population, troops, and supplies.
• Velin established the Central Hall and reorganized the territory’s government, army, knight orders, air force, mage troop, and Priest Corps.
• Velin received Alva, who delivered the Church of Life’s rewards, including the Heart of the Demiplane and Joshua Island, and warned him about conflicts within the church.
• Krell and Italia struggled to escape the Boundless Sea, where they encountered Meltis and Viderknes before the Gate of Light opened and drew the gathered Transcendents inside.
• Kyle confronted Meltis and Viderknes after they emerged near Star Moon Fort, and Velin learned from O'dor that the Boundless Sea was the ancient Mirror Barrier and Epic Battlefield.
• Meltis apologized to Velin and agreed to study under Kyle, while Viderknes asked Velin how many Gold Coins he would pay him to stay.

Velin expanded Qixing Territory through training, diplomacy, and the defeat of a Dark Elf incursion, while Kyle and Meltis traveled toward Gaelos Cloud City and drew the attention of the Ilondewin royal family. The arc ended with the kingdom learning that Kyle was recruiting Soul Intent followers and might soon leave.

• Velin began training under O'dor to build a Floating Battleship, while Yalin Olon and Calista arrived in Qixing Territory and Calista decided to stay there.
• Velin welcomed Yalin Olon and Calista, introduced them to O'dor, and agreed to let Calista study in Qixing Territory.
• Velin and Yalin Olon signed a thirty-year trade agreement that gave Qixing Territory annual potion trade, port lands, recruits, and academy places.
• O'dor confiscated Velin's Elemental Furnace after identifying it as a bomb, while Dark Elves attacked Theo Fortress and destroyed its Teleportation Array.
• Velin and O'dor repelled the Dark Elf invasion, took control of the Auxiliary Army, and Velin raised the Underground Legion's pay and ordered it rebuilt.
• Kyle and Meltis reached Celestria Cloud City, obtained a map to Gaelos Cloud City, and accepted passage aboard the Gray Speaker using Meltis's Frostsilver Oath Ring.
• Meltis revealed her royal identity to Leviael and offered the Ilondewin Kingdom five of Kyle's thirty Soul Intent follower places.
• Meltis explained her family history to Kyle, while Leviael reported that she had called Kyle her lord and was told to alert the kingdom before Kyle left Gaelos Cloud City.

Kyle returned from Galos Cloud City with new followers, an angel army, and Floating Battleships, then led the assault on the Gadas Underground World. After the angels destroyed the Iris Tribe’s forces, Kyle killed Safrais’s original soul and faced a familiar figure who appeared in answer to her.

• Kyle recruited thirty-five Soul Intent High-level followers and gathered thousands of angels, forging an Eternal Oath with them before returning to Qixing Territory with Meltis.
• Kyle established Dawn Camp under Meltis, brought back fifteen Floating Battleships, and organized the forces and supplies for a campaign against the Gadas Underground World.
• Kyle assigned Meltis to lead the Angel Army against Iris City, where 3,201 angels shattered the city’s defenses and wiped out its Dark Creatures.
• The angels broke Ilisik’s Divine Art Barrier, destroyed the bloody altar, and killed Ilisik as they finished clearing Iris City.
• Kyle sent Meltis’s forces west, where they confronted Safrais and the Iris Tribe’s army while the Oricxos forces approached across the Dark River.
• Meltis fought Safrais as Kyle’s angels engaged the Soul Intent Dark Creatures, and Miserandor intercepted the fleeing priest Verisys.
• Kyle intervened when Safrais gained the upper hand, destroyed her original soul, and heard her explain that her race had been condemned after following a Forbidden Figure.
• A voice answered Safrais, and Kyle turned toward the familiar figure that appeared.

Velin uncovered the secrets of an otherworldly passage, prepared for a future continental conquest, and encountered his sister Clara after years apart. He welcomed her and her companions into Qixing Territory, where they began a banquet in Cecilia’s Demiplane.

• Odor confronted Safrais, who removed her miasma from Meltis, admitted to her schemes in the Zesita Kingdom, and then departed after Odor refused to banish her.
• Velin and Kyle opened Morienk’s black box, and Velin’s staged letter led O'dor to reveal that Morienk was connected to his past.
• After watching recordings of the Ancient Space Path and Xos City, Velin redirected Qixing Territory’s focus toward the Interlayer Space and began building a Kilometer-class Floating Battleship.
• Velin met Kavilia and her companions at a Shia Beastman fortress, returned Kavilia’s ancestral pendant, and invited them to settle in Qixing Territory.
• Clara and her companions escaped the Death Desert, learned that the Eternal Dawn Knight was Velin Ex, and Clara decided to seek her brother despite not intending to return home.
• Velin sealed Amo’s remains and heard from Gerrard that a new landmass would appear in thirteen years, offering rewards for conquering territory and killing Transcendents.
• Gerrard revealed that the Church of Dawn would not officially join the coming conquest, while O'dor shared World Lord knowledge with him in exchange for a divine position.
• Clara reunited with Velin at the Dawn Church, introduced her companions, and joined Velin’s banquet in Cecilia’s Demiplane.
