She was discussing something with two people.

The head of the Sealing Department was an Uzumaki Clan member who had come to Konoha alongside Mito Uzumaki. His name was Uzumaki Ten, and he was of the same generation as Mito.
The head of the Medical Department was from the Senju main family and likewise belonged to Mito's generation. Her name was Senju Kaho.
Once they had introduced themselves, they ignored everything else and began relentlessly questioning Hoshiryu Uchiha about the Medical Talisman.
Although Hoshiryu Uchiha had come here for this very reason, he still found their endless questions a little too much to handle.
