"In accordance with your command, the total casualty figure reported to the War Council was 2,596."

Although the two Titan Legions that had joined the war were both allies, the Iron Ring was, after all, within the Imperium's sight. Terra and Mars were both watching the course of the war.

"Forty-one tripedal Walkers were lost, along with fourteen Gardinal Type I units and twenty-seven Type II units."

Nimrod nodded. After arriving in Segmentum Tempestus, he had ended the war in less than one standard month. That pace was no slower than Corvas Corax leading the Raven Guard to retake Varia Superior in his memories.

More importantly, he had relied on the Kingdom of Disorder to transmit information in time, avoid meaningless casualties, and use the goodwill born from it, along with his extraordinary abilities, to forge an alliance with Varia Superior before Mars's Envoy Magos arrived.

The casualty ratio is far lower than the more than 5,300 dead from subduing Incaladion.

Aside from the fact that my strategy was to crush them, so there was no need for brutal street fighting to purge rebels and xenos that had invaded the forge world, the existence and development of the tripedal Walkers was an important reason.
