System (Beyonder Constitution and Strength)
After Nimrod sent the last Snow-Domain Shrike to the "Kingdom of Disorder," he did not go to the Great Library at Phoenix Cliff.
He handed the work of organizing and recording over to the Librarians and Arsena Dunn's attendants.
Nimrod returned to the Shadow of the Throne, summoned the Chapter Masters, and held a meeting.
In the Primarch's office, Nimrod leaned back against The Throne and first looked toward Rosicky Cech.
"The new Power Armor has already passed its trial by combat. You will be responsible for deploying it on a large scale."
"Complete the refit within fifteen years. Fully replace the Mark II and Mark III."
Nimrod intended to complete the full refit before the Great Birthday Celebration. When the other loyalist legions were still using the Mark II Expedition-pattern as their primary equipment to face the sudden outbreak of civil war, his legion would respond with the superior new generation of Power Armor.
"As Your will commands." The Lord of the Forge bowed and accepted the order.
Nimrod then swept his gaze over the Chapter Masters and continued:
"The new Terminator armor, the Tartaros-pattern, has also passed its trial by combat. Taking each Chapter's circumstances into account, I have decided to clarify the current distribution of the three Terminator patterns."
"The Saturnine Terminator Prototype will mainly be equipped by the First Chapter, Second Legion, 8th Legion, and 11th Chapter."
For all three Terminator patterns, any Beyonder above Sequence 7 could meet the mental burden. What limited their use was physical strength, and whether their combat style required agility.
The 8th Legion, mainly of the "Twilight Giant" pathway, had the strongest bodies. Sequence 9 "Warriors" possessed extraordinary strength and extraordinary agility, while Sequence 7 "Weapon Masters" gained immense strength, immense constitution, and immense agility
