Background / History

Yagami Rin emerged from the Moonshadow Clan in the Martial Arts Heavenly Capital and rapidly became one of its most watched challengers. Within fewer than three months, she cleared 90 martial arts towers without a defeat, placing fifth on the Heavenly Human Ranking. Her stated goal is to collect all 100 emblems, since she was told that anything less would leave her unqualified to catch up to certain people. 330 332 334

Her 90th documented emblem came from the Rock Shattering Tower. During its challenge, her Shadow Double learned the Rock Shattering Style after witnessing the Guardian’s technique; Rin then manifested the same rock markings herself.
