Jing Liuli’s concert became a shared dream in which Tiandao helped her face her memories while fighting off the Starfrost Faction’s interference. After Jing Liuli awakened at Rank 3 Perfect, Tiandao accepted an invitation to the Starry Sky Ladder Ranking Competition and prepared to challenge a martial arts tower.

• Huan Qianyin escaped with Isabelle while Tiandao left Aurora Aria, and Shuang Yuan trapped Chen Kong and the others in the Ice Queen’s freezing domain.
• Bai Kong used his Visionary to expose Shuang Yuan and Shuang Hang in the blizzard, but Tiandao’s silver coin pierced the Ice Queen’s phantom and made it disappear.
• Jing Liuli spoke with her concert audience about their dreams, then began a shared dream through the Star Dream Stones as Tiandao watched and entered the True Dreamscape.
• Tiandao helped Little Liuli and her wounded father escape Star Beasts, brought them to Room 302, and fought Shuang Mo Bing and the Starfrost Faction away from the apartment.
• Caroline defeated the Starfrost Faction Star Envoys at the concert while Jing Liuli chose to wake rather than risk forgetting the people important to her.
• Jing Liuli completed her breakthrough at Rank 3 Perfect, gaining the ability to manifest dream creations in reality through her Star Source Daytime Dream.
• Valentina invited Tiandao to the Starry Sky Ladder Ranking Competition, and he agreed to enter as a commoner genius representing Star Envoys outside the four great families.
• Jing Liuli used her Star Source to warm Danika on the freezing deck, while Tiandao and Caroline watched Martial Arts Heavenly Capital and planned to start with the nearest tower.

Tiandao built influence over the Martial Arts Heavenly Capital through contracts, wagers, and carefully arranged challenges while Chen Kong fought to earn emblems. The arc ended as Tiandao arrived at the Star Envoy selection, where the Association’s God-Making Plan began to take shape around him.

• Tiandao activated the Movie Edition rewards, discovered that custom merchandise earned Popularity Points, and obtained Trista's Silver Fate Coin to gamble for souls.
• Liu Ma, Chen Kong, and Vivian reached Martial Arts Heavenly Capital, where they learned that Martial Arts Emblems opened more of the Heavenly Martial Qilin Tower and earned Heavenly Martial Coins.
• Yagami Rin mastered the Rock Shattering Style, earned its emblem, and agreed to join Tiandao's operation after Huan Qianyin brought her to him.
• Tiandao recruited contestants through contracts and wagers, including Jiang Lingfeng and Yan Lei, and defeated Yan Lei to claim two years of his service.
• Chen Kong rejected a Tower Guardian's demand for extra payment, defeated Zhang Hao by freezing his hidden Rainbow Bubbles, and won a golden badge.
• Mi Yao defeated Chen Kong through his Lucky Star Bond, but Tiandao wagered ninety-nine emblems against Chen Kong's and won a card game by making the winning outcome certain.
• Tiandao and Caroline arrived at the Qilin District for the Star Envoy selection, where Hannah said Tiandao suited the Association's God-Making Plan and Jing warned that those in power would resist.

Chen Kong survived the Tear of Stars assessment and entered the Starry Sky Base, where he began preparing to explore Fallen Zones. Tiandao’s trip into a simulation with Enit ended in a dangerous malfunction, while a report from Longevity Island set up the next trial.

• Chen Kong and his companions joined Mi Yao’s Avengers Alliance, then turned against its plan when Tiandao defeated Mi Yao and forced the crowd into a battle on a collapsing floating island.
• The assessment ended with 500 examinees transported to the Starry Sky Base, where the Otter Administrator assigned rankings, explained the Tower requirements, and introduced the students to Heavenly Martial Coins and area restrictions.
• Chen Kong hired Lena as his guide, refused Saar’s offer to end their contract, and learned that Explorer certification required passing three costly simulations.
• Chen Kong failed to collect the required ore in the Quicksand Star simulation, but used The Visionary to copy a dead Soldier Ant’s imprint and decided to try again.
• Tiandao entered an old simulation pod and met Enit, who joined him in investigating the Quicksand Star Ant Queen’s lair and discovering humans imprisoned to mine ore.
• Tiandao and Enit fought after Tiandao challenged Enit to prove who was strongest, but a pod malfunction pulled Caroline into the simulation and she stopped them before forcibly disconnecting Enit’s projection.
• Three days later, Enit told Valentina that Longevity Island would be the first trial ground for Starry Sky Ladder students, and Valentina read Captain Li Mo’s report warning that golden chrysanthemums could alter people’s minds.

Tiandao used the Explorer qualification assessment to push Chen Kong and the other trainees through a dreamlike trial built from An Qin’s memories. Chen Kong, An Qin, and the Cameraman passed by confronting its dangers and protecting the children, while the next assessment began.

• Tiandao planned to use the Longevity Island trial to restore Chen Kong’s growth, then went with Caroline to claim an Explorer team and handle the required paperwork.
• Chen Kong and the other trainees registered for the Explorer assessment, where the Raccoon Administrator tested their observation by hiding a route through the looping Rose Ladder.
• Vivian led Chen Kong’s group through the hidden route, and the trainees faced a Hide-and-Seek trial against the Raccoon Administrator, and Mi Yao survived while Vivian, Liu Ma, and Isabelle were eliminated.
• Chen Kong, An Qin, and the Cameraman entered ruins drawn from An Qin’s Memory Shards, where the Raccoon Administrator used an Eternal Nightmare to make fear and memories shape the trial.
• Chen Kong chose to protect the children, and An Qin stayed behind to hold off Star Beasts as the Cameraman helped Chen Kong uncover the Administrator’s tricks and find an escape route.
• A boy lured Chen Kong and the children to a Grayline Lizard, which he revealed was his father, and Chen Kong fought it, suffered The Visionary’s side effects, then adapted and killed it using other abilities.
• The Raccoon Administrator attacked Chen Kong at the cave, but An Qin and the Cameraman intervened, and An Qin struck its bell, ending the assessment early and passing the three of them.
• The Raccoon Administrator revealed that the children were memory fragments and Chen Kong’s Test of Humanity, and the group returned to the Rest Hall as Huan Qianyin and Yagami Rin prepared to take their assessment.
