At the mention of the Mountain-Shaking Legion, a trace of gravity flashed in the eyes of every high-ranking Military Affairs Department official present.

The Mountain-Shaking Legion came from the Minotaur clan, one of the Beastkin Empire's eight great royal clans. It was one of the Beastkin Empire's renowned elite legions, standing alongside the Elephantkin Titan Legion.

It had existed for at least a thousand years. At its peak, the Mountain-Shaking Legion had numbered over fifty thousand, and even an ordinary Minotaur warrior possessed the strength of an Advanced Warrior.

Even though the Beastkin Empire had declined and the Minotaurs' glory had faded, the Mountain-Shaking Legion still numbered no fewer than ten thousand.

More than ten thousand Minotaurs with the strength of Advanced Warriors—their power was easy to imagine. Their frontal combat strength would certainly not be inferior to the Sacred Alliance Empire's Hell Knight Order.

"Your Majesty, the Beastkin Empire is getting desperate!" A hard-to-read gleam suddenly flashed through Reff's eyes.

If anyone among the foreign races was the most anxious about the two great empires swallowing up the various kingdoms, it was undoubtedly the beastkin.

Humans and beastkin already bore a blood feud. Once the two great empires unified the power of all the human kingdoms across the North Continent, the Beastkin Empire would inevitably face the danger of collapse.

Even if the two great empires were at odds with the Sacred Co-Prosperity Kingdom and guarded against each other, they might not necessarily join forces against the Beastkin Empire.

But from the Beastkin Empire's perspective, both the Sacred Co-Prosperity Kingdom and the two great empires were ultimately human. They naturally possessed the foundation for cooperation.

If their relations improved someday and they joined forces to march north, the beastkin would be finished.
