Shamu strengthened his alliances and prepared for threats from the Otsutsuki, Obito, and Konoha’s political factions. The stretch ended with Shamu meeting Sasori to discuss recruiting him against Obito.

• Shamu defeated Daemon, sent Neji back to Tenten, and killed Hagoromo before returning Naruto and Sasuke to the Radiance Hidden Village.
• Shamu reunited with his clan, hosted a banquet, and met Himawari, while Kaguya’s attacks sent his group through multiple dimensions before Tenten and Ajisai repeatedly summoned them to safety.
• Shamu tracked Urashiki, built a base in the Land of Snow, and learned that Obito and Hiruko were planning attacks involving Kakashi and the Jinchuriki.
• Shamu and his allies captured Deidara, fought Kakuzu and Hidan, and used the Uchiha’s withdrawal from Konoha to strengthen the clan’s position while Shamu trained and warned Fugaku about Obito and Akatsuki.
• Shamu returned from the Starfield and began preparing Impure World Reincarnation, while Amado captured Shikadai and Shamu assured Shikamaru that the bomb around his neck could not harm him.

Shamu prepared the Shinobi World for a coming Otsutsuki invasion while confronting Madara, Obito, and threats inside Konoha. The arc ended with Shamu learning more about Kaguya’s origins and Huiyu pledging to serve him.

• Shamu awakened Susanoo-Mikoto’s Eye, explained his plans to Tobirama, and gathered allies to prepare for future Otsutsuki invasions.
• Shamu confronted Kongwu and Yōshiki after the Divine Garden Clan entered Shinobi Star, refusing to hand over the higher-dimensional object.
• Obito revealed himself to Kakashi, took Kakashi’s left eye, and left him alive near Obito and Rin’s graves.
• Hashirama defeated Madara, but Madara restored himself and the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path spat out Obito as the real battle began.
• Shamu exposed White Zetsu infiltrators in Konoha, stopped Obito from escaping through the Kamui Dimension, and fought Hidan in the Land of Hot Springs.

• Madara and Minato pursued Yōshiki’s group through space-time gates, but the Otsutsuki proved difficult to hurt and Kyūshiki badly overpowered Hashirama.
• Shamu tested new space techniques and returned to find natural disasters striking the Shinobi World as the sages sensed an approaching catastrophe.
• Shamu fought Yōshiki in Baryon Mode and reflected the star’s energy, but Yōshiki triggered a supernova that engulfed the battlefield.
• Shamu helped Neji confront his feelings for Tenten and showed him the memories of the future Neji who had died while she waited for him.
• Shamu revived Madara and Izuna with Nagato’s help, while Orochimaru and Minato prepared to act against the Sarutobi Clan and Obito continued pursuing the Jinchuriki.

As conflicts over Rainbow Ore and the Box of Paradise unfolded, Naruto’s team entered the Chūnin Exams and faced a Grass Ninja attack, while Shamu prepared to bring the dead back and comforted Sasuke at the Uchiha cemetery.

• The Third Hokage apologized to the Uchiha for Danzo’s actions, and Keimei handed Shamu the War Fan as Shamu officially became clan head.
