As Shamu prepared the Shinobi World for looming Otsutsuki threats and the coming war, he strengthened alliances and pursued his own plans for the Uchiha. The stretch ended with Shamu negotiating with Ōnoki and Granny Chiyo entrusting him with the Reanimation Jutsu scroll.

• Fa Yi attacked Kengoshi’s team and bound Gaara, but Shukaku broke the Celestial Detachment Seal chain by driving it into a Four Symbols Seal, unleashing violent Chakra.
• Shamu abandoned his attempt to stop the spatial gate and shielded the Shinobi World from a stellar attack with a Spatial Barrier.
• Shamu recruited allies, revived or prepared to revive fallen shinobi, and helped the Allied Shinobi Forces prepare for the coming battle against Obito and the Otsutsuki.
• Obito pursued his plan to restore the Rinnegan and create a world with a living Rin, while Pain ordered the Akatsuki to monitor the Uchiha and continue their mission.
• Shamu entered the Konoha Hokage election, trained Sasuke and Itachi in Sage Art, and attended Naruto and Hinata’s birthday and engagement celebration.
• Shamu declared at a clan assembly that he would lead the Uchiha out of Konoha, and every clan member present supported independence.
• Shamu prepared for conflict involving Cloud, Mist, and Stone, then placed Deidara under house arrest and summoned Ōnoki to the Land of Earth border.
• Granny Chiyo recovered the Third Kazekage puppet, showed Shamu Sasori’s Father and Mother puppets, and gave him the Reanimation Jutsu scroll after he promised to keep it secret.

Shamu strengthened the Uchiha, built alliances, and intervened in conflicts across the shinobi world as the clan expanded its influence. The arc left the Uchiha preparing to face the Hidden Stone while Madara was revived through Impure World Reincarnation.

• Shamu arranged Itachi and Izumi’s marriage, while the Uchiha expanded their businesses and became the Shinobi World’s wealthiest clan.
• Shamu brought Deidara down with Yoya and Gui, and later helped Kabuto begin training in Sage Art.
• Mei Terumi’s forces raided the Cloud Village, while Shamu supported the Uchiha and their allies in battles against the Tailed Beasts and other enemies.
• Shamu helped Konan and Nagato prepare for their coming conflict with Obito, and Obito considered working with Madara after the Demonic Statue was badly damaged.
• Itachi and Izumi left Konoha with half the Uchiha elite, while Shamu helped Fugaku guide Sasuke and encouraged Naruto to work hard at school.
• Shamu rescued Kinoe from Root and helped Kakashi escape, while Itachi and Shisui protected the injured Killer B and Yugito from the Hidden Mist.
• Shamu led Uchiha forces to intercept the Hidden Stone, ordered Shisui to protect the clan’s seven hundred troops, and Madara was revived through Impure World Reincarnation.

Shamu prepared the shinobi for the Otsutsuki conflict, confronted powerful enemies, and died after turning Kaguya to ash. As the war continued and Madara’s return threatened the Alliance, Shamu faced Hikari and began looking into Boruto’s strength.

• Shamu marked Naruto, Sasuke, Haku, and other allies with Yachihoko, while Kurama returned to Naruto and agreed to help fight the Otsutsuki.
• Shamu’s Shadow Clone discovered the Moon had collapsed inward, and Shamu activated Indra’s Arrow through the system to empower his Susanoo with the Tailed Beasts’ power.
• Amado sought Orochimaru’s help with resurrection, while Jigen recruited Boro and Deepa and ordered Amado to strengthen them.
• Shamu’s fleet reached Ōguri Island, and he later brought Madara and others to Orochimaru’s laboratory to test a new revival method on Tobirama.
• Obito captured Han and Kokuō, while Minato and Shamu traveled with Mei Terumi to the Land of Lightning and arranged plans for a Six Kage Summit.
• Shamu and Kaguya turned to ash together after Minato helped channel the All-Killing Ash Bones into Shamu, and Minato gave Shamu’s Sage Core to Orochimaru.
• The war spread across the Shinobi World as Shamu battled Madara, while Black Zetsu and Disornas revived Uchiha Madara and Shamu confronted Hikari near Shinobi Star.
• Shamu rejected Hikari’s demand to join the Divine Garden Clan and trapped him in a ten-kilometer Spatial Barrier, then later learned from Naruto about Boruto’s troubles and decided to test Boruto’s strength.

Shamu and his allies fought Otsutsuki threats while pursuing the truth behind Konoha’s tragedies and the Sarutobi Clan’s hidden power. The stretch ended with Sai captured after a deadly encounter, as Jiraiya prepared to make the Third Hokage answer for what happened.

• Tsunade experienced Shamu’s genjutsu of Dan’s revival and their life together, then asked Shamu what she should do.
• Shamu and the gathered forces confronted the Otsutsuki, with Hashirama summoning the True Several Thousand Hands and Shamu defeating Isshiki and later weakening Hagoromo.
• Shamu helped awaken Mangekyō Sharingan in seven selected people through Itachi’s Tsukuyomi, then lost his humanity and emotions after claiming the Starfield Control reward and sealing Kongwu.
• Danzo’s Root disrupted Uchiha patrols and businesses, while Orochimaru and Anko began working together again as Shamu considered stripping Hiruzen and the Advisory Elders of power.
• Orochimaru told Konoha’s leaders that the Sarutobi Clan had secretly amassed three thousand shinobi and accused Hiruzen of appropriating Minato and Kushina’s inheritance and causing multiple clan tragedies.
• Pain heard Shamu’s account of Madara, Obito, and Zetsu’s manipulation, but challenged Shamu to explain how lasting peace could be achieved.
• Naruto and Hinata confessed their feelings and began walking together, while Tsunade welcomed Naruto to share meals with her.
• Jiraiya’s team found three dead Hyuga and captured Sai, who said he had been searching for Shin, and Shamu asked how Hiruzen would explain the incident.
