Shamu and the villages maneuvered against Obito and the escalating wars, while Naruto learned the truth about his family and the Third Hokage died confronting Danzo. The arc left Shamu building alliances and Jiraiya meeting a changed Orochimaru.

• Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Hiruzen fought Danzo’s wooden giant, while Orochimaru struck Danzo with the Kusanagi Blade and White Zetsu helped him heal.
• Shamu exposed Obito’s White Zetsu at the Kage Summit, heard him declare war, and learned that Jigen had taken the Six-Tails.
• Shamu revealed Minato and Kushina were Naruto’s parents and explained how Obito caused the Nine-Tails Incident, while Minato reunited with Naruto and began watching over him.
• Shamu helped Hidden Mist Village resist Cloud Village and later revealed Rin to Obito, who admitted he wanted a world where she was alive.
• Hiruzen used the Dead Demon Consuming Seal to kill Danzo and himself, and Orochimaru discovered that White Zetsu had been controlling Danzo’s body.

Shamu and his allies faced threats from Obito, Madara, and the Otsutsuki while preparing for battles across the Shinobi World. The arc left Yugito badly injured and fleeing with Yoya as Obito used Izanagi to survive his wounds.

• Zetsu discovered that Mei Terumi was preparing a force at sea, then learned that the Fourth Mizukage and Isobu had died and chose not to inform Obito yet.
• Shamu expanded the Land of Radiance, studied the Thunder God Sword, and appointed Kisame, Konan, and Yahiko to oversee maritime trade.
• The Third Hokage offered Orochimaru the Hokage position, and Orochimaru accepted while giving Minato authority over Konoha’s affairs during his absence.
• Naruto and his allies fought Disornas’s Reanimated forces as Disornas’s formation gathered chakra spilling from Naruto.
• Shamu survived the apparent destruction of his body, restored himself with the Strength of a Hundred Sealings Technique, and later arranged Dan Katō’s revival and helped Orochimaru survive the transfer into an artificial embryo.
• Hagoromo revealed to Obito that Black Zetsu was his brother and that Shamu was an Otsutsuki who had allowed the God Tree to drain the planet, then enlisted Obito to oppose Shamu with Toneri’s help.
• Minato, Haku, and Kimimaro countered Madara’s Truth-Seeking Orbs while Guy opened the Seventh Gate, and Danzo fought Hiruzen, Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru with White Zetsu’s aid.
• Obito trapped Yugito and Yoya, but Yoya tore open Obito’s throat and damaged his face before carrying the injured Yugito away as Obito activated Izanagi.

Shamu returned to his friends, rebuilt the Shinobi Star, and prepared the allied forces for the Otsutsuki threat while recruiting members into the Celestial Organization. As the war unfolded, Shamu confronted Madara and learned more about Haku’s fractured soul, while the story left him facing a sudden attack and considering a risky plan for Haku’s recovery.

• Shamu reunited with his friends, comforted Haku, recruited Guy and Rock Lee, and strengthened Minato with Yin Nine’s help.
• Shamu advanced to Star God, fought the Otsutsuki, rebuilt the Shinobi Star, revived the dead, and helped prepare the Allied Shinobi Forces for battle.
• Orochimaru revived Kagami and Shisui’s Mangekyō developed, while Tsunade told Naruto and Neji that Hinata was pregnant.
• Guy fought Madara with the Eighth Gate as Obito ambushed Madara, and Shamu recruited Minato, Naruto, and Sasuke into the Celestial Organization.
• Nagato battled Obito and the Demonic Statue, while Shamu sent Naruto to stay with the injured Hinata and later revealed that his apparent death was part of his plan.
• Shamu learned that Kawaki had died and recruited revived figures into the Celestial Organization as Amado prepared an army of artificial God Tree entities.
• Madara took control of Obito and obtained both Rinnegan, then Shamu challenged him and warned that Black Zetsu was manipulating him.

Shamu fought powerful enemies, pursued plans involving Orochimaru and the reincarnated dead, and helped expose Danzo’s attack on Shisui. The Uchiha returned to their compound after confronting Konoha’s leaders, while Hiashi prepared to discuss their demands for more rights.

• Shamu and Madara defeated Meishiki, but an unseen arrival touched Haku as spatial fluctuations erupted around him.
• Shamu explained Naruto’s political weaknesses, trained Sasuke, and worked with Orochimaru on a starship and plans involving Otsutsuki life energy.
• Shamu and the Death God consumed the Planetary Consciousness as the Withered Star God overwhelmed Shamu, while Hikari restrained Shimei.
• Itachi and Shisui entered Otogakure, where Shisui used Kotoamatsukami to control Orochimaru and Itachi became the subject of Orochimaru’s research.
• Shamu revived Rasa and, as Kaguya’s transformation continued, arranged for Orochimaru to reincarnate several people and used the Rinnegan to revive Rin Nohara.
• Shamu found Shisui unconscious and injured after Root took his eyes, unlocked Susanoo, and shielded Shisui from a Root attack.
• Fugaku confronted the Third Hokage and Danzo as Shamu brought Shisui back and accused Danzo of stealing his Sharingan.
• Shisui identified his returned right eye, Danzo admitted he lacked the left, and Shamu became Uchiha Deputy Clan Head as Hiashi prepared to speak with Fugaku.
