Developing a way to turn Muggles into wizards, even if it required numerous complex, advanced procedures, carried implications that needed no explanation.

Anton smiled at the unconscious Peter and Julie. After the emotional highs and lows those two had endured, a good sleep was probably just what they needed.

But to understand all of this fully, one would probably have to thoroughly master his book, Wizards as Gods.
