Background

Irisviel was created by the Einzbern family only three months before Fu Yuan found her. Though she possessed an adult body, she initially lacked common sense, emotional maturity, and a sense of self beyond fulfilling the family’s wish to recreate the Third Magic. Her artificial-lifeform template was based on the Holy Woman of Winter, which gives her a near-identical appearance to Justiça. 48 52 72

Ahad subjected her to a survival trial in the snowy forest: she had to return from a site for failed artificial lifeforms to prove herself qualified to live and serve the Einzberns. Wounded and surrounded by snow wolves, Irisviel accepted death without despair until Fu Yuan rescued and healed her. 46 47 50
