Senyo stopped the planned Uchiha massacre by defeating Itachi’s resolve, exposing Danzo’s attack, and uniting the clan against Root and Konoha. With Itachi preparing to defect and the Hyuga watching from the sidelines, Senyo turned toward strengthening the Uchiha and recruiting talent.

• Senyo returned to Konoha with three Root heads, warned Uchiha Shihu that Konoha and Itachi threatened the clan, and persuaded Shihu to secretly prepare for battle.
• Senyo claimed command of the Uchiha, rescued Sasuke, and trapped Itachi in Izanami until Itachi accepted his help in protecting the clan.
• The Uchiha repelled Obito’s attack and Danzo’s Root forces, while Itachi confronted Danzo and returned to the compound with Izumi.
• Senyo, Itachi, and Fugaku led the Uchiha against Root, then accused Danzo and Konoha’s leaders before the village’s clans and demanded the return of stolen Uchiha eyes.
• Senyo urged the Uchiha to stop taking Konoha missions, use black-market work, and exploit the clan’s Mangekyō Sharingan to gain leverage.

As Itachi defected and the Uchiha confronted Konoha over Danzo, Senyo worked to strengthen the clan and expose the Third Hokage’s treatment of Naruto. The arc left Kushina building Naruto’s trust while a disciplined force of unfamiliar ninja settled in Konoha’s old district.

• Itachi left Konoha after telling Izumi and Sasuke to wait for him, then attacked surveillance towers and declared his defection while the Third Hokage learned of the Uchiha conflict.
• Itachi’s bounty on Danzo drew bounty hunters and foreign attention, while Pain sent Konan to Konoha to investigate and consider cooperating with the Uchiha.
• Senyo brought Sasuke to the Academy and told him that Konoha had made him a hostage and that Itachi had defected to protect him, awakening Sasuke’s Sharingan.
• Senyo entered Naruto’s inner world, showed Minato and Kushina how Naruto had been mistreated, and gained Kushina’s agreement to help bring down Sarutobi Hiruzen.
• The Hyuga discovered many hidden Explosive Tags in Konoha’s old district, while Senyo gained new techniques through his bonds with Mui, Muku, and Ryūsetsu and strengthened his Chakra by training Uchiha clan members.
• Kushina began speaking with Naruto in his consciousness and helped him question the Third Hokage’s comforting words after Naruto was bullied and fought back.
• Senyo found that Kushina had begun earning Naruto’s trust, as about a thousand unfamiliar ninja settled in Konoha’s old district under a leader named Ryunosuke.

Senyo and his allies used a coordinated assault to weaken Hiruzen’s forces as Konoha faced attacks from bounty hunters, Akatsuki, and a controlled Yagura. The fighting ended with Naruto subdued, major Sarutobi casualties, and Hiruzen calling a council meeting while Kazuma escaped with Nine-Tails Chakra.

• Hiashi met Senyo and learned that Hiruzen had amassed Sarutobi forces and wealth, then agreed to support the Uchiha after two days.
• Senyo arranged for Itachi to draw Hiruzen’s attention away from the Uchiha, while Itachi brought Karin and her mother toward the clan.
• Mitsunobu showed Fugaku a map of Gen'ō’s Explosive Tags, and Senyo later coordinated with Konan to use the tags during an assault on Konoha.
• Konan’s allies breached Konoha’s wall, and Konan detonated explosives that destroyed Hokage Rock and devastated the Sarutobi district.
• Karatachi Yagura and Zabuza fought Konoha’s forces as Senyo intervened, wounded Jūzō, and used Amaterasu on Yagura before the attackers retreated.
• Mitsunobu detonated Explosive Tags among the wounded Sarutobi, while Kazuma and Kakuzu triggered Naruto’s Nine-Tails Chakra during their attack.
• Jiraiya, the Third Hokage, and the Sealing Teams struggled to restrain Naruto until Senyo suppressed him with his Mangekyō Sharingan.

Senyo used the Nine-Tails attack and the Uchiha’s growing influence to reshape Konoha’s leadership, take control of the Ninja Academy, and build alliances with Yagura and Orochimaru. He trained Sasuke and exposed Obito’s deception to Kisame and Konan, leaving them to verify his claims and reconsider their loyalties.

• Jiraiya found no damage to Naruto’s Four Symbols Seal, while Karatachi Yagura’s appearance and the Nine-Tails’ Chakra surge helped Zabuza escape Kisame and revealed that Uchiha Senyo had exposed Madara as an impostor.
• Senyo freed Karatachi Yagura from his bonds and planned to recruit Kisame while keeping Zabuza and Jūzō Biwa alive, as Konan recovered from the attack in Konoha and learned that Naruto was the Jinchuriki.
• Obito stole six Three-Tomoe Sharingan from Root, and Danzo learned that the specimens were gone and sought outside help.
• Senyo told Fugaku and Shihu that the attack had strengthened the Uchiha’s position, then helped secure Fugaku and himself honorary Elder seats and became principal of the Ninja Academy while the Hyuga Clan faced scrutiny.

• Senyo defeated Orochimaru and Guren with his Mangekyō, manipulated Orochimaru into trusting him, and promised Uchiha support for Orochimaru’s research in exchange for Root’s funds and Hashirama Cells.
• Senyo encouraged Kushina to teach Naruto, gained Orochimaru’s Soul Power, and helped Fugaku plan clan missions and training before taking Sasuke as his disciple.
• Senyo revealed to Kisame and Konan that the masked man was Uchiha Obito, explained how Obito had deceived them, and urged Konan to test whether Nagato could remove the Rinnegan as Kisame left to find Karatachi Yagura.
