Senyo exposed Konoha’s hidden conflicts over Naruto, the Tailed Beasts, and Danzō, then joined the Uchiha and Hyuga in confronting the village leadership. The arc ended with Senyo and Hiashi securing concessions from the Third Hokage as Senyo sent Itachi to investigate enemy forces.

• Senyo welcomed Karin into the Uchiha clan, enrolled her at the Academy, and took her as his disciple in Uzumaki Fuinjutsu.
• Senyo traced the stolen Nine-Tails chakra to the Temple of Fire and learned of Kyōkotsu’s devastating last stand against the Hōzuki and Yukigakure clans.

As Naruto settled into school and home life, Senyo recruited Kimimaro and Haku and Kisame set out to see a woman from his past.

• Senyo met Nagato and Konan, revealed how Madara and Obito had manipulated Nagato’s life, and secured a temporary alliance while warning him to limit his use of the Rinnegan.
• Senyo and Itachi captured Deidara and Kurotsuchi, while Senyo arranged for Fugaku and Kiyohiko to carry out his plan and dealt with Kumogakure’s challenge by capturing Yugito.
• Senyo demanded a ransom for Yugito, and Karatachi Yagura agreed to help collect it while Senyo asked him to prepare for Kisame’s return through Impure World Reincarnation.
• Naruto returned to school, made friends with his classmates, learned to cook with Kushina’s help, and tried to speak with Kurama, who pushed him out of the mindscape.
• Fugaku confronted Pakura’s Sunagakure force, revealed Rasa’s plan to sacrifice her, and took Gaara after defeating him and stopping Shukaku with Susanoo.

Senyo captured rival villages’ jinchuriki and secured political power for the Uchiha, while exposing Gaara to the truth about his family and placing him at Konoha’s Academy. The Third Hokage and Danzo began separate schemes against the Uchiha and their interests.

• Senyo restrained Shukaku and helped Kushina seal the beast back inside Gaara, while Rasa blamed Pakura for Gaara’s disappearance and sent Seiji’s team fleeing.
• Senyo defeated the Raikage and Killer B after securing Yugito’s ransom, then escaped with the Hidden Mist group and shared the money with Karatachi Yagura.
• Senyo presented the captured Gaara, Kurotsuchi, and Deidara to Konoha’s elders, won a Council Elder position, and negotiated greater authority and resources for the Uchiha.

The arc ended with Tsunade staying in Konoha, Senyo’s new students entering the Academy, and Kakashi’s team traveling on a mission while Senyo’s clone followed them.

• Senyo showed Deidara his future defeat by Sasuke and urged him to survive, learn Dust Release, and develop his explosive art.
• Senyo negotiated Gaara’s continued stay in Konoha with Chiyo, while Kisame agreed to work for Senyo after the revived Hidden Mist ninja passed away.
