Arc 17Kumogakure Under Fire

Senyo and Karatachi Yagura repeatedly attacked Kumogakure, while Senyo fought Killer B and Yugito and the Akatsuki Organization offered its services to the village. The arc ended with Zen Kong capturing Senyo and Karatachi Yagura, and Kakuzu demanding payment to stop the attacks.

  • Senyo discovered new bonds with Karin and the Nine-Tails, then worked with Orochimaru to investigate how Karin’s chakra could help his condition.

As Senyo maneuvered against the remaining forces, Sasori, Deidara, and Konan ambushed Kumogakure and forced the Raikage’s army into a chaotic battle.

  • Ōnoki and Chiyo coordinated Iwagakure and Sunagakure’s invasion, while Senyo prepared Konoha’s defenses against the Ghost Legion and the approaching armies.

  • Kisame met Konan and the returning Akatsuki members after their attack on Killer B, while Senyo’s forces pursued Chiyo and shattered Sunagakure’s ranks with four Susanoo.
  • Senyo rejected Karin’s request to become his bride while she was still a minor, then planned a retreat and a trap with Tsunade and his allies.
