Senyo uncovered the Third Hokage’s schemes while preparing to claim the Hokage position, and Hiruko launched an attack on the Uchiha Compound during the Chunin Exam. Senyo drove Hiruko back, but Obito escaped with Moryo.

• Senyo revealed to Kakashi that Madara had manipulated Obito, then reunited Kakashi with Kushina and helped bring Rin and Anko back to life.
• Tsunade learned from Danzo that Hiruzen had used Wood Release experiments to weaken the Senju Clan, and Senyo proposed eliminating the combat personnel of four clans rather than killing Hiruzen.
• Senyo began testing a Mangekyo awakening illusion on Mayumi, while Orochimaru agreed to treat Torifu Akimichi with cloned lungs.
• Sekishu Sarutobi agreed to become the Nine-Tails’ Jinchuriki under Zen Kong’s Control Seal, and Hiruko completed his Chimera ritual beneath the Golden Ring Eclipse.

Senyo rescued Naruto, exposed the Hyuga clan’s civil war, and led a campaign to remove Sarutobi Hiruzen from power. Hiruzen and his allies left Konoha, while Senyo placed the village under new leadership and Neji learned of the Hyuga Main Family’s deaths.

• Naruto, Sasuke, and Hinata were attacked by Zen Kong and Sekishu, and Senyo fought Jiraiya’s forces while Kurama helped Naruto survive the Nine-Tails extraction.
• Senyo rescued Naruto after Zen Kong removed the real Nine-Tails, while Kakuzu collected the Third Hokage’s payment for the operation.
• Sota led a Branch Family coup that killed Hiashi and the Hyuga Main Family elders, then Ao succeeded him as clan leader.

As Konoha fractured and rival villages prepared to exploit its weakness, Senyo became Fifth Hokage and worked to stabilize the village. He also helped Miroku and Minato evacuate the Land of Demons’ civilians while Moryo and Obito pursued their own plans.

• Neji learned from Sota’s letter that Mitsunobu’s New Bud Plan had freed the Hyuga branch family from the Main Family and the Caged Bird, while Ao described the clan assembly attack and its deaths.
• Senyo and Tsunade took control of Konoha after Sarutobi Hiruzen’s departure, while Hiruzen’s retreating forces were attacked by Hiruko and Shukaku, suffering heavy casualties before Gensuke’s death killed Shukaku.
• Karin used the Mind’s Eye of the Kagura to find White Zetsu spies, and Orochimaru used Jugo’s tissue and the Uzumaki masks to revive Minato, who awakened Sage Fox Mode.
• Konoha’s elders chose Senyo as Hokage as the major villages mobilized, and Senyo dealt with Sarutobi Hiruzen’s property sales while Hiruzen planned to use Nue and the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki as leverage.
• Senyo was inaugurated as the Fifth Hokage and promised to make Konoha stronger, while keeping Naruto and Sasuke off missions and arranging schooling for Hanabi.

• Moryo began preparing to draw out Miko Miroku, while Sarutobi Hiruzen learned that Senyo had become Fifth Hokage and sought the daimyo’s mediation.
• Senyo reorganized Konoha and gathered Minato, Kushina, Tsunade, and Nagato to take revenge on Hiruzen, while Pain declared the Sarutobi Clan his target.
• Pain’s Shinra Tensei devastated Hiruzen’s forces, and Tsunade later killed Hiruzen after Jigen abducted Ryunosuke and Sekishu Sarutobi.
• Senyo exposed Hiruzen’s crimes and arranged for Dan Katō, Nawaki, Minato, Kushina, and Hatake Sakumo to return to life, while Tsunade and Kakashi reunited with their loved ones.
