He is practical and strategic rather than recklessly prideful. Foundation Establishment and the Qingxuan Conflict

After surviving Wang Shangren’s pursuit with Feng Yang’s aid, Shen Yi pursued the faster but riskier Heavenly Dao Foundation Establishment path 30 31.
