The main focus of this bidding round was several large projects, including joint development rights for certain worlds, permits and propagation rights for Myth faith in some frontier provinces, and some mineral resources in Great Qin's overseas enclaves.
To take part in the bidding, one not only needed to state a price, but also provide a detailed cooperation plan.
None of this had anything to do with Lu Yao.
He only cared about the Psionic Energy devices that might be brought out.
After entering Shuide Tower, Lu Yao saw that the place was full of black silhouettes, making him feel as if he had stumbled into a Detective Conan suspect team-building event.
