Lu Yao found Water Fairy's headquarters in Mystic Arts Country.

It was a vast underwater city, with great clusters of coral and giant shellfish. The local houses had been remodeled from masses of coral in all sorts of colors, making them look like stone mushrooms beneath the sea.

Between the coral houses strolled huge crabs and giant shrimp, each carrying Water Sprites on their backs.

Water Sprites had evolved from the young girl water monsters [Rusalka]. They still looked young, except they now wore gemstone necklaces around their necks, earrings on their ears, and all kinds of hair ornaments pinned into their hair.

Most of their clothing was slim and neat, and they were basically all bustling about with work.

By comparison, the water monster stage was like a naive young girl, while the Water Sprite stage was more like an office lady in the workplace.

This underwater city was mainly populated by Water Sprites and water monsters, with only a small number of Deep Sea Fishmen and Maneater Crabs. It basically counted as a kingdom of women.

Lu Yao dragged the mouse and observed carefully, discovering that the industries here were very clearly defined.

The most numerous buildings in the city were domed towers made from inlaid coral and rock. Inside these buildings, Water Sprites polished and crafted all kinds of gemstones, pearls, and gold and silver blanks.

There was also a type of huge white shell, inside which the Water Sprites used tools like the [Magic Box Garden] and [Elemental Crystal Structure] to make spell items with magic talismans.

Lu Yao zoomed in and watched for a while.

Take the most common types of spell items as examples.

The [Gem Short Staff] came with [Illumination], making it the equivalent of a flashlight. Almost every Water Sprite had one.
