"Susanoo?" Orochimaru murmured the name and nodded slightly.
"Also, each of my eyes has a different ninjutsu." Hesitation flashed across Shisui's face as he spoke, but after glancing at Kagetsu and Anko, he gritted his teeth and took the initiative to speak.
"A unique ninjutsu attached to each eye?" Orochimaru became even more interested. "Could you tell me about them, Shisui-kun?"
"My left eye has a Genjutsu called Kotoamatsukami. It can invade someone's mind without them noticing, interfere with their sense of self, and turn them into my puppet."
As Shisui spoke, he stared intently at Orochimaru, trying to detect any unusual reaction on his face.
But Orochimaru remained calm, showing neither wariness nor displeasure at Shisui's words.
"Are you worried that this technique will make others wary and afraid of you?" Kagetsu, having sealed away the blood he had drawn, easily saw through Shisui's thoughts and pointed them out.
"Wouldn't they?" Shisui looked blankly at Kagetsu.
"The Uchiha were already a clan skilled in Genjutsu. The stronger their ocular power, the stronger their Genjutsu. Even without Kotoamatsukami, an Uchiha who had reached the Mangekyo would have a high chance of successfully controlling someone with Genjutsu.
"Based on what you said, Kotoamatsukami's strength lies in its secrecy. Once its effects are known and precautions are taken beforehand, it might not necessarily achieve the results you want every time."
As Kagetsu spoke, he looked toward Orochimaru. "Besides, no matter what, this technique still relies on Chakra. It is still Genjutsu. As long as it falls within the scope of techniques, it cannot be without a counter."
"You needn't be so wary of me. I'm merely interested in Shisui-kun's eyes. I'm not one of those higher-ups. If they learned of them, they might use those eyes for something, or covet their power.
