The Little Fairy Doctor grew up without parents, a proper name, or a permanent home. After learning medicine, she became a traveling physician before settling in Green Mountain Town, where she worked at the Ten Thousand Medicines Pavilion. Her skill and kindness earned her exceptional prestige among the town’s mercenaries and the trust of patients who regarded her as a benevolent physician. 77 79 82

While gathering herbs in the Magical Beast Mountain Range, she nearly fell from a cliff but was saved by Yao Wan. Grateful for the rescue, she brought Yao Wan back to Green Mountain Town and the two developed a close, sisterly bond. 78 80

Her secret was the Woeful Poison Body: toxins she absorbed transformed into Poison Dou Qi. Unable to control its eventual backlash, she secretly prepared poison powder for protection and feared that her constitution would determine her fate. Yao Wan learned the truth and assured her that she remained the town’s doctor rather than a Poison Master. 81
