"Summoning Jutsu!"

Protected by the Armament Haki Secret Technique, Obito charged through the rain of gold dust at high speed, leaping into the air and summoning Charizard.

"Fly higher. The enemy can control the gold dust on the ground to attack."

Obito landed on Charizard's back and swiftly gave the order.

Charizard snorted two streams of white vapor from its nostrils, feeling a little annoyed. Obito, of all people, actually dared to ride on its back.

But since they were in battle, Charizard gave Obito some face. Rather than shaking him off, it immediately carried out his command, rapidly beating its wings and flying higher.

"A flying Summoning Beast? A dying struggle."

Rasa snorted coldly, erupting with Chakra as he rapidly mobilized the gold dust across the arena, preparing to unleash a massive Magnet Release that would leave Obito nowhere to hide.

The Martial Arts Tournament had a flight altitude limit. Flying too high would count as a violation and result in an automatic loss.

"Charizard, use the Blazing Sun Technique at full power. Keeping it up for three minutes is enough."

Obito continued issuing orders.

The Blazing Sun Technique was extremely powerful. It could weaken Water Release while enhancing the power of Fire Release, but its Ninjutsu effect did not distinguish between friend and foe. Everyone within its range would be affected, so it had to be used in the right situation.

If used improperly, it might weaken an ally's Water Release while strengthening an opponent's Fire Release.

Obito knew Rasa's intelligence well. Rasa had mastered some Water Release, but compared to Wind Release, Earth Release, and Magnet Release, Water Release was not his specialty. Moreover, Rasa could not use Fire Release at all.
