Background / History

Kiana was once a carefree, impulsive girl who relied heavily on the people around her. Following the Herrscher of the Void incident and her ensuing experiences, she recognizes that she can no longer return to that earlier self and resolves to become someone others can depend on. 69 73

Her identity is tied to an experimental subject created from the genes of a deceased child, a fact she questions Cecilia about directly. Cecilia answers that such a subject remains a person deserving of love, an exchange that deeply affects Kiana. 106

Kiana carries Sirin as a second consciousness within her body. Their coexistence is initially fraught, but they increasingly act in coordination, including allowing Sirin to take control during battle. 77 276 286
