• Li Fan announced his intention to complete the Five Ghost Emperors’ positions and told the assembled experts that divine authority would be allocated after the Underworld emerged.
• As Houtu approached, the Underworld barrier began to crack and reveal the vast city within; Li Fan and Houtu combined their powers to stabilize it and open gateways on both sides.
• Li Fan declared that the Underworld had emerged and that the order of the Netherworld began, then entered with Houtu and the other experts.

Li Fan announced that the offices would be formally conferred in a thousand years at the Six Heavens of Luofeng.

• After two eras of work, the Underworld stabilized, and gods and immortals gathered at the Hall of Embracing Nether for Houtu's exposition.
• Minghe seized the last Purple-Gold Cushion, angering the other Grand Unity Experts, before Houtu appeared and began expounding the Earthly Dao.
• As Houtu spoke, Changxi, Baili, Minghe, and the other listeners absorbed the Earthly Dao and gained new insights into their own paths.

Nuwa was crowned Heaven, Earth, and Human Emperor, while Taiyi and Li Fan reflected on the change and Ancestor Dragon stayed behind with something to tell the Heavenly Emperor.
