• Nick Fury revealed that Loki had infiltrated the government and controlled hundreds of politicians and military generals, then the Avengers lured an apparent Evans into a trap that turned out to be the real vice president.
• Thor and the others saved Evans with help from He-El’s Regeneration Cradle, while S.H.I.E.L.D. discovered Loki had escaped through physical duplicates.
• Vivian threatened to expose Wakanda unless it cooperated with He-El, and T’Chaka agreed to supply Vibranium and troops against alien threats.

• Loki used Maria Hill and controlled S.H.I.E.L.D. forces to attack the Triskelion, but He-El and the others survived the bombardment and subdued the infected agents.

The arc left the Ark Reactor evacuated as He-El prepared for the Cube to open a wormhole and bring an alien invasion, amid escalating political unrest.

• He-El coordinated the simultaneous capture of twenty-one generals, but Tony Stark discovered that Pepper Potts was unaffected by the Mind Disruptor and suspected she was Loki.
• The teams captured the generals after Adolph Ramos launched eight nuclear missiles, and S.H.I.E.L.D. intercepted every missile before the generals learned the scale of Loki’s control.
• Tony attacked the real Pepper Potts after mistaking her for Loki, and He-El sent a Regeneration Cradle to save her while Loki confirmed he had the Cosmic Cube.
• He-El used modified satellites to lift the global Mind Suggestion, then coordinated efforts to free politicians and military commanders as Loki’s controlled forces threatened more missile launches.
• He-El entered the presidential race against Frit Evans and Yolanda Priscus, while Loki challenged him and launched missiles that He-El’s allies destroyed.

He-El won the presidential election as Loki opened a wormhole and led a Kree invasion of New York. He-El and the Avengers stopped the invasion, and Thor returned to Asgard with Loki and the Cosmic Cube while He-El began arranging what to do with the Mind Scepter.

• He-El overcame Loki’s control of the electors, won the presidential election, and watched the Cosmic Cube open a wormhole above Stark Industries.
• The Kree poured through the wormhole, attacked New York, and battled the Avengers as Ebony Maw took the Cosmic Cube.
• He-El rescued Helen Cho, then flew to New York in the Magnetic Field King and began destroying Kree forces.
• Ebony Maw took Loki’s Mind Scepter and defeated Thor, but He-El arrived, collapsed the wormhole, and captured Loki.
• He-El defeated Ebony Maw with five energy giants, took the Cosmic Cube and Mind Scepter, and helped end the Kree invasion.
• After a month of recovery, He-El welcomed the Avengers at the Capitol and awarded them medals for their service.
• Thor took Loki and the Cosmic Cube back to Asgard, while He-El asked Nick Fury to hide the Mind Scepter somewhere only he knew about.
