Even the extraordinary book on the desk, Dragon Seeking Record, was completely identical. It contained real content rather than merely being an empty shell.
Yet Sally was no longer in the apartment. No matter how Tang Qi unleashed the divinity of his authorities or summoned her by following the stirrings of his heart, nothing happened.
The Mist of Fate had completely concealed Sally's aura. Even with all of Tang Qi's authorities acting together, he could not contend against "fate."
At least, not for now.
Tang Qi could replicate "Sally." No matter which point in time she came from, he could manifest her through Fantasy Authority.
But that would only bring pain and delay his progress in saving Sally.
After lingering in the apartment for a moment, Tang Qi composed himself and left the new node.
When he reappeared, he was already inside the Experiment High Tower.
Tang Qi did not see Gluttony wagging its bright-red tongue as usual to greet him. There was no sign of life in the laboratory.
However, Tang Qi could guess where Gluttony had gone. After his little companions had successively gone off to train and grow, Gluttony had gradually developed ambition after becoming unbearably bored. It often took advantage of its free time to venture into Boundless Mystery.
Although it was merely a Pocket Creature, unlike other creatures of its kind, it had been fortunate enough to gain a Pseudo Master-level owner.
It could borrow many of Tang Qi's authorities and divinities, taking an entirely different path of growth.
