But in Dream City, where the laws were strict, a bird that seemed almost human had peered inside through her window before flying away warily. That gave her a bad feeling.

The Angel of Time, the Blasphemer, Amon!
Ranked by the true strength of the enemies Angel had encountered, this King of Angel's avatar did not even make the top three. Above him were Artificial Death, Salinger's means of resurrection; the Abomination Suah; the Angel of Imagination Adam; and the Angel of fate Ouroboros. Even the Red Angel evil spirit far surpassed an Amon avatar who was, at most, Sequence 3 in terms of level alone.
But in terms of mystery, oppressive presence, and his elusive ability to parasitize others, the fear he had instilled in Angel was second only to Adam's.
For that reason, Angel was extremely wary of anything unusual around a right eye, even without a Crystal Monocle. Simply squinting the right eye, or a strange ring appearing around an animal's eye, was enough.
But how could his avatar be in Dream City... Theft, possession, parasitizing residents, and all sorts of other acts are forbidden here. This is an extremely unfavorable environment for him. Even if parasitizing an ordinary animal isn't illegal, he still has to hide under the laws to become a "resident" and live here. How could he...
