Dreamlike Paradise

A Bao enters Dreamlike Paradise as the Demon Race's crown prince. He confronts Long Haochen after ambushing his party, killing a Temple Alliance mage, and engaging Long Haochen in a direct battle. Although his External Spiritual Power and defense overwhelm Long Haochen, he is injured by the latter's Asura Thrust after underestimating him. 177 178

When Cai'er arrives with the Reincarnation Spiritual Stove and Reincarnation Sword, A Bao withdraws rather than risk facing their unknown power. 179 He later casts the Great Prophecy Spell to seal Night Little Tear and continues fighting despite the losses inflicted on the demon side. 186 187

In the final confrontation, Long Haochen's sword strike extinguishes A Bao's flames, while the combined attacks of Long Haochen's companions and Cai'er severely injure him. A Bao attempts to destroy Night Little Tear before the Demon God Emperor intervenes and extracts him from the realm. 189

Retraining and the Great Yak City Pursuit

Following his defeat, A Bao trains in the Demon God Emperor's Dark Great Hall. The Emperor criticizes his loss and teaches him that strength alone is insufficient without calm judgment and wisdom. 229
