Background / History

Qian Renxue spent years impersonating Heaven Dou Crown Prince Xue Qinghe, cultivating Ning Fengzhi's trust as his disciple while positioning herself to take control of the empire. The assignment demanded constant concealment: her Angel Set could imitate Xue Qinghe's Swan Martial Soul, but fighting under that identity gave her little genuine combat experience and hindered her cultivation. She nevertheless controlled figures such as Xue Beng and maintained the image of a capable, courteous crown prince. 92 99

Her relationship with Bibi Dong was initially defined by emotional distance. When Su Mo introduced her to a future version of Bibi Dong, Qian Renxue struggled to believe that the openly affectionate woman before her could be her mother. Bibi Dong's confession—covering her return from the future, her past actions, and Qian Renxue's eventual sacrifice to protect her—began their reconciliation, though Qian Renxue remained conflicted after learning of her father's death. 136

Qian Renxue allied with Su Mo to prevent Spirit Hall from destroying the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, an action that would undermine her own nation-stealing plan. Following Pope Bibi Dong's order to accelerate her plan, Qian Renxue poisoned Xue Ye Emperor, framed Xue Beng, took the Heaven Dou throne, and led the empire into war with Star Luo.
