Background

Lin Xian conceived the Infinite Train Project as a mobile fortress intended to travel the Orbital Ring and outlast the Dark Tide, Polar Nights, resource shortages, and monster attacks. His plan was dismissed online before he secured and restored the train itself 1.

After his apartment shelter was destroyed, Lin Xian brought the unconscious Kiki into the armored train through the subway system. The Infinite withstood the surrounding zombie horde without damage, becoming his first reliable refuge outside Jiang City 4.
